1ST LINE HELPDESK SUPPORT – JOB

Job Brief

Provide 1st line (helpdesk) support to external and internal customers, assisting them with software problems via email or onsite.

Responsibilities

  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
  • To provide initial support, answering support queries or re-directing them to the appropriate 2nd line support or external parties based on agreed processes
  • Responsible of application daily checks in order to support normal daily flow for customers and escalading any abnormalities to 2nd line support
  • To provide monthly reports of the problems detected and their status

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Relationship builder with people and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. Ability to easily communicate at all levels.
