Cornelia Neeser, Managing Director of key-SIS announces further development of key-SIS by strengthening her team with new Senior Consultant Claudine Becker

Claudine Becker joined Key-SIS in October 2007 as Senior Consultant.

Bringing 13 years of hands on experience in hotel-operations, TQM, marketing and e-Commerce for leading hotel chains, like; ACCOR and Dorint, she will bring her knowledge and experience to further diversify the consultancy activities at key-SIS.

Background:

In January 2005, Claudine was asked by her then employer, Dorint AG, to build a new website for 17 of the Resort Hotels, being sold under Dorint's own brand "DorintResorts". A new website including a dynamic web content management system, the possibility to allow the clients to do Dynamic Packaging, a Web Booking Engine, Yielding & Dynamic Pricing system for 17 hotels were built and deployed, and thus the successful co-operation with the Software Development Company Programming-Pool Romania (PPR) took off.

Claudine worked on this project from the Conceptual phase, through Programming support, right to the successful implementation of the solution.
Claudine accompanied each step on the way to the creation of a new IT strategy for the Dorint group as project manager e-Commerce & Distribution. From the outset trend-setting programming methods were used through the employment of web2solutions. The development of a web2 CRM solution and the other successful projects laid the foundation stone for the next stage of her career, becoming marketing director of the group of hotels in the "Neue Dorint GmbH".
In this position Claudine held the complete responsibility for the redefinition of the marketing and sales strategy for the group from October 2006, as well as the employment control and optimisation of more sophisticated IT solutions.
