Wash: The number or percentage of reservations that are expected to be cancelled.

Web Content Management Systems (Web CMS): A Web application developed for creating, managing and controlling a large, dynamic collection of Web material (HTML documents and their associated images), as well as facilitating many essential Web maintenance functions like content creation, content editing or content control.

Web Enabled: The ability to connect to or run on the web.
